What In Theaters....

In this thriller movie a once naive barber is seeking revenge against a lecherous judge who imprisoned him for life in order to win the barber's wife's heart.Benjamin Barker who later known as Sweeney Todd lust for blood and seems mentally unfocused driven by his latest girlfriend who happen to be the catalyst of this tragic story plot. However the violence contents is so unjustly justified in this movie, making it unappropriate for viewing even for the oldest viewer.

How To Get Rich

There's a lot ways of making good money. Doing agriculture, fast food, "slow food", furniture, packaging, services etc doesn't matter as long as it bring us "life"and satisfying. However to be rich some method can be implemented to encourage saving money and not just spending ....

1) Buying something worth big money like car, house etc with cash is not the optimum way of using money. With limited money we get per month, it usually rather wise to rent -buy the properties and again rerent them to others. At the same time we get both the properties and the rent that pay our rental cost.

2) Use second hand product. In that matter we don't have to pay the real price of the product. Clothes for example doesn't necessary need to be all trendy and pricy as long as it is comfortable. And when you done with your "outlayer skin" there's some bundle shop where trade can be made. There's also used or discounted cars in the market.

3) Invest money in bond stock or unit trust is better than saving it in saving account. Avoid investing in one particular scheme to distribute and minimize the risk. Some bank even cut the life of their investment schemes, so why choose something less when we can get much better.

3)Avoid credit cards and debt. It feels good when we can loan but for many people the paying back period is very difficult, especially when there's no profits gained from the loan. The interests also can be a part of the major problem when the loaner just paying the minimum amount a month to the bank. As the result, it will takes months or years just to pay for the interest rates. Save your own fund for emergency case and invest it to make it prosper.

4)Get enough motivation from the rich themselves. Some of them really eager to share their pathway for the good of mankind. Some also advertise so that the others can join them and benefited both the advertiser and people who join them.

‘Madu tualang’ boost for libido and health

KOTA BARU: Medical research has proven that madu tualang, a type of honey, can boost the libido besides reducing the threat of lung infections and coughing common in arid desert conditions.

An interim study by Universiti Sains Malaysia’s School of Pathology and Medicine Education Dean Prof Dr Nor Hayati Othman found that certain hormones in madu tualang, also called blackgold honey, can boost the testosterone level in men, which would in turn heighten libido.

The honey also helps the body build resistance to easily transmitted coughs and lung infections which surface in arid conditions, she said when briefing a Fama delegation.

“The research has proven the value-added properties of madu tualang samples collected from Sik, Kuala Berang and Baling in Kedah,” said Fama director-general Datuk Shariff Abdul Aziz.

Last year, Fama managed to stockpile 100 metric tonnes of the honey on its own and bought an additional 20 metric tonnes from private honey collectors.

The honey was collected from bee nests located at tree tops at a height of 200m upwards; about 20 to 30 nests were found per tree.

The research findings lend credence to the medicinal value of the honey, said Shariff.

While the honey had not received much commercial acceptance previously, now Fama plans to place the honey bottles for sale at the country’s entry and exit points, including international airports, Shariff said.

Fama has also decided to market the honey in Mecca, making it the first locally sourced honey to be exported.

In Mecca, the honey can be used as preventive medicine against coughs and lung infections among haj pilgrims, Shariff said.

He also announced that Fama had donated 230kg of the honey to USM for research beyond the 21 uses that USM has already conducted for treating cuts, cancer, bone marrow and low sperm count.

The Government has allocated RM1mil to the university for the new research.

Google releases new online software for businesses in latest swipe at Microsoft

MOUNTAIN VIEW, California (AP): Google Inc. is introducing an online business software package designed to make it easier for people in the same organization to share documents and information.

The free "Team Edition'' software, scheduled to debut Thursday, represents the Internet search leader's latest attempt to attract more users to free applications, which poses a potential threat to rival Microsoft Corp.'s highly profitable word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and calendar programs.

The launch marks the second time Google has upgraded a business program this week - a week when Microsoft awaits a response to its bid to buy Yahoo Inc. in an attempt to undermine Google's dominance of Internet search and advertising.

Microsoft's unsolicited bid, initially valued at $44.6 billion (euro30.5 billion), is backed largely by money the company has made selling software.

Google has been giving consumers, students and businesses free access to competing software hosted over the Web in a concept known as "cloud computing.''

More than 500,000 businesses have signed up to use Google's applications, according to figures to be released Thursday by the Mountain View-based company. Some businesses pay $50 (euro34) extra per user for a souped-up version of the applications, but the fees so far account for only a sliver of Google's $16.6 billion (euro11.4 billion) in annual revenue.

Google last year collected $181 million (euro123.8 million) for software sales and other services besides online advertising.

Thusday, Friday......

Weekend again. It's time for travel. With no intention on where or when to go, I just lay down on my couch watching some good programs on TV.
Friday:
I watched Gelanggang Raja Lawak. Today the contestants looked more confident than before delivering their jokes. I like the BERKHATAN scene that I can relate to my childhood although it's not the same. The role play was so well acted and it was entertaining. I hope they will go far into the finals.
